Cancellation Policy

I require at least 24 hours notice  for any changes to your appointment. Please understand that without 24 hours notice I miss the opportunity fill that time with another client from my waiting list. As a courtesy, confirmations are sent out 24 hours in advance.

Any no shows or appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancelation fee. The fee will be 50% of the original appointment.

All fee must be paid before any future appointments can be made. 

 

**New clients that no show and those that repeatedly miss appointments will be required to book with a credit card.

I do understand that emergencies and sickness do happen and on those rare occasions I will handle each on a case by case basis.

Client Satisfaction

I want you to love your hair!  If,  for any reason, you feel like I have missed the mark please contact me. I am happy to make minor adjustments that align with our original consultation within 7 days of the original service. Adjustments that alter the original plan or are requested after 7 days of the original service will require full payment.
